Smart Snacking = Satisfying Snacking
When it comes to snacking it can either make or break your healthy eating plan. You can keep uncontrollable hunger cravings at bay with smart snacking which is what I like most about it though…it really just makes your healthy eating plan sustainable if you have something to eat every 2-3 hours.
When I come across a smart snack that not only keeps the hunger at bay but also packs a nutrient punch that’s when I get excited to try something new and this recipe is no exception. In fact, it’s one of my most coveted snack recipes ever!
The best snacks contain ingredients that give your metabolism a boost, actually helping you burn off more calories and fat during digestion and when you combine squash with spicy seasoning you got a power snack that does just that- revs up your metabolism. As an added bonus the high fiber component of squash will also keep your feeling full a little longer.

Peanut Cajun Squash Fries Recipe
This recipe is pretty simple and super tasty. The ingredients are easy to keep on hand, and it’s the perfect season to cook with squash. Plus they make your place smell great!

- 3/4 pound butternut squash
- 1 egg white
- 2 tablespoons of peanut flour (alternatively can use coconut flour)
