Pasta Seafood Salad

INGREDIENTS

6-71/2 cup
  • 1lb cooked shrimp, small, rinsed and drained
  • 1bunch green onion, finely chopped
  • 14teaspoon salt (to taste)
  • 14teaspoon lemon pepper (to taste)
  • 1 12cups celery, chopped
  • 1cup Italian salad dressing
  • 34cup mayonnaise
  • 14cup lemon juice (or more to taste)
  • 12cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 8 -10ounces angel hair pasta

DIRECTIONS

  1. Marinate shrimp, onion, celery, salt and lemon pepper in the Italian dressing in a large salad bowl.
  2. Cook the pasta in boiling water, to which a dollop of cooking oil has been added, for 3 to 4 minutes.
  3. Rinse with cold water to stop the cooking.
  4. Toss together the pasta and marinate mixture.
  5. Add mayonnaise, lemon juice and Parmesan cheese.
  6. Toss salad; sprinkle more cheese on top.
  7. Enjoy!
