5 Ways To Lose Weight Without Joining a Gym

1.     Cycling

Cycling is a great way to exercise your lower body and cardiovascular system! It’s also a low impact activity, making it ideal if you’re susceptible to injury. Cycling is also an excellent group activity for all ages, so gather a group of your closest friends and family members! 2.     Jogging

Jogging may be demanding but it is also an effective form of exercise! Pace yourself throughout your jog and vary your route to keep yourself interested. 3.     Swimming

Swimming is one of the most popular forms of exercise and a great way to lose weight. It’s low-impact, so ideal for those recovering or at risk from injury; it also tones and trims the whole body. 5.     Pilates

If you’re looking for a form of exercise you can do in the comfort of your own home, than Pilates is an excellent option. It’s good for strengthening your core and toning your body and well as increasing your flexibility. It can be as simple as following a Pilates DVD at home, or if your fancy a bit more instruction and socialisation, classes can be very cheap.
