10 Healthy and Easy Lunch Ideas

Pomegranate Arugula Salad – If you’re looking for a new salad recipe, this one’s fantastic. Start with an arugula base, add in pomegranate seeds, apple slices, and drizzle with a little balsamic vinegar and olive oil. Add chicken for a dose of protein.

Veggies & Hummus – A super easy and healthy option, all you need is a handful of veggies and some hummus. The hummus is high in protein, and veggies like cucumber, tomatoes, and carrots will keep you energized all afternoon. Enjoy with a side of whole wheat pita if you need a little more.

Turkey & Brie Wrap – Grab a whole what tortilla, and top with green leaf lettuce, turkey, and just a couple small slices of brie cheese. This one’s delicious! For a little more zest, consider adding a tablespoon of cranberry sauce.

Open-Faced Egg Salad Sandwich – Prepare a traditional egg salad using light or fat-free mayonnaise and fresh dill. Pack it in its own air-tight container, and bring along a slice of whole grain bread. When you’re ready for lunch, top the bread with the egg salad and enjoy – with half the carbs!
